They all worked hard to get through a lot of work, sometimes explanations of slightly situations, were not made as clear as they could be perhas because everyone thought someone else had explained - or just sheer business ment it was overlooked. Nothing serious!

All of the staff were very engaging and preferred to do anything to make out stay comfortable. All staff listened to us and look out views into account when making clinical decisions. The bedside manner of all nurses is always impecable, loving and warm. Thank you Tropical Lagoon!

No information about scans. Information provided was given wrongly and scan was not looked at properly by a doctor. No ability get straight forward vegan and diabetic food which is not microwaved and full of appetites.

Kept me updated and made provision for a person that has needs which are both vegan and diabetic.
